V4 Digital Infotech was started in the year 2010 with objective and the intention of giving Digital Picture Quality experience to the cable subscribers. It has obtained the necessary DAS License no 9/91/2014-BP & L from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and was the 1st Independent Digital Headed / Control room outside Bangalore in the state of Karnataka.

The Major 4 entities of V4 Digital Infotech are
  Operators Communications Network Pvt. Ltd.
  Cable Operators Communication Network Pvt. Ltd.
  International Cable TV.
  Belthangadi Cable Network.

All the four entities of V4 Digital Infotech are Cable Operators on the ground having interaction with the Cable subscribers and hence know the viewing preferences and demands of the subscriber apart from having in-depth Technical knowledge. All the entities have been in the industry since inception and have progressed with the Cable industry.

V4 provided its Cable Subscribers with uninterrupted Cable service during the switch over to the New Tariff Order which was implemented in February 2019 as per the Government of India guidelines and hence today the Cable subscriber has the option to choose and pay for only the channels that he subscribes and wants to watch.
